To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% in advance. Apartments are for rent during the season. Tourist tax is included into the price. For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher. Paying at arrival. Arrival to apartments is after 12.00 and departure till 9.00. Apartments are located in private house and each apartment has its own entrance. House is located in second row from the sea and the road, so it is protected from traffic and gives privacy. You can get to the house by car. In front of the house we have parking for the apartments. In the living room of the apartment 1 (ground floor) is exit on terrace of 45 m2. Within the terrace is outside shower and grill which guests can use when ever. Apartment on first floor (Apartment 2) has exit on balcony in living room. Apartments are of the same size and have the same formation of the rooms. Both apartments have air conditioner. Hallway, on entrance has closet, living room with stretching couch as extra bed for two persons and dining table, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen is separated and has entrance from living room. Kitchen is totally equipped (cooking board, oven, dishes, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, caffee machine, toster, ironing board and iron, clothes drier). We give bed linen and towels, which we change every 5-7 days. Washing machine at request and for extra 5 EUR. During the season we stay in the house so we are her for all our guests. Closest beach is 50 m far, arranged beach (shower, children space, caffe, deck chairs...) is around 200 m far. There is also store, restaurants and pizzeria. Possibility of buying homemade olive oil, wine, prosek. We are located around 4 km far from Trogir. Possibility of excursions to nearby islands. National park Krka is around 45 km far. Welcome!
